Me: How can I help you?
- We haven’t received 3 of the 20 printers that we have purchased on order HF5618.
Me: I’m so sorry for this mistake.
-It’s not the first time we’ve had this problem.
Me: There seems to be a error on order administration office.
- There's seem to be an error but I need the other three printers urgently.
- Delays are costing me unhappy customers.
Me: Yes, I’m sorry but actually we are having stock problems.
- Can you bring me a promise of delivery date as soon as possible?
Me: I’ll promise to you that next Monday you will receive the other three printers.
- You can’t dispatch it now?
Me: No. Sorry but right now it’s not possible.
- Oh! There’s an email to confirm dispatch?
Me: Of course. I’m so sorry about the problem.
